  6. Your electronic or physical signature.

Once we receive a valid notice, we will remove the allegedly infringing content and notify the user responsible. We may also take further action if necessary, including account suspension or termination.

Counter-Notification

If you believe content you posted was wrongly removed under a DMCA takedown notice, you may file a counter-notification by providing the following:

  1. Your name, address, and phone number;

  2. A description of the removed content and the URL at which it appeared;

  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the content was removed by mistake or misidentification;

  4. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address or, if outside the U.S., for any judicial district in which Chatterbate.net may be found;

  5. Your physical or electronic signature.
